I’m a huge podcast fan! It’s a great way to learn something while folding laundry, which has become even more important now that I have 100 onesies to wash a week…

I’m not usually quite this happy while doing laundry… but this was our baby announcement from Summer 2022 hence the grins!

If you’re looking for well researched information on pregnancy, birth, procedures and postpartum, it doesn’t get better than The Evidence Based Birth Podcast. A recent episode deep diving the most up to date research on Group B Strep is a great one to check out!

Another great resource full of information is the Birthful Podcast with Adriana Lozada. A recent episode covering better sleep in pregnancy is a must listen!

If it’s birth stories you’re looking for the Birth Stories in Color and Birth Naturally Podcast are both incredibly rich in compassionate birth stories from all kinds of backgrounds and outcomes.

A great local resource full of interviews of Grand Rapids providers is by My Doula GR. These ladies are LOVELY and also some of my trusted back up doulatogs! I love their sense of humor and simply think they’re the best.

And one bonus for my fellow doulas is the Doulas of the Roundtable podcast full of business insights, support and best practices for doulas across America. I’ve found it really helpful to help me think about my business and doula practice differently!

Now back to that laundry pile…
